Agreement

By accessing mi.casa (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

What Micasa provides

Micasa aggregates publicly available real estate listings and pairs them with data from Costa Rica's National Registry. We do not represent, broker, or transact property on your behalf. All transactions happen directly between you and the listing agent, broker, or seller.

Accuracy of information

We strive for accuracy, but the information on the Platform is assembled from third-party sources (listing sites, the National Registry) and may contain errors, omissions, or stale data. You are responsible for verifying any material fact with a licensed professional before making a decision.

Market statistics, valuation estimates, and comparable sales are algorithmic and for informational purposes only — they are not an appraisal.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell data from the Platform.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or harassing inquiries.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micasa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
